Znam, zna biti zbunjuju\u0107a \u2014 promjene u tijelu, raspolo\u017eenju i onaj \u201ezagrljaj\u201c oko trbuha koji nitko nije tra\u017eio. Ali ne smije biti\u00a0 sramota ni tabu. To \u201cperi-\u201d zna\u010di \u201coko\u201d menopauze: nije jo\u0161 kona\u010dna, ali prolazi se prema njoj.<\/p><p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Karakteristike perimenopauze:<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\" type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Ciklus mo\u017ee postati neredovit<\/strong> \u2014 izmjene u du\u017eini, ja\u010dini ili u\u010destalosti krvarenja.<\/li><li><strong>Hormonske fluktuacije<\/strong> \u2014 razine estrogena i FSH (folikul-stimuliraju\u0107eg hormona) variraju sna\u017enije nego u reproduktivnim godinama.<\/li><li>Fertilnost opada, ali nije nula sve dok se ne dogodi zadnja menstruacija i protekne godina bez krvarenja.<\/li><li>Pojavljuju se simptomi sli\u010dni menopauzi \u2014 valunzi, no\u0107no znojenje, promjene raspolo\u017eenja, problemi sa spavanjem, promjene libida, suho\u0107a rodnice i dr.<\/li><\/ul><p>Trajanje perimenopauze varira:<\/p><p>U literaturi se \u010desto navodi da perimenopauza mo\u017ee trajati <b>4 do 8 godina<\/b>.<\/p><p>Drugi izvori govore i o rasponu <b>6 do 10 godina<\/b> za neke \u017eene.<\/p><p>Kod nekih \u017eena tranzicija mo\u017ee biti kra\u0107a ili dulja, ovisno o individualnim \u010dimbenicima, genetici, zdravlju jajnika, vanjskim stresorima itd.<\/p><p>Perimenopauza prestaje kad \u017eena pro\u0111e godinu dana bez menstruacije \u2014 tada ulazi u \u201cpostmenopauzalno\u201d razdoblje, tj. smatra se da je menopauza nastupila.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section <b>salo na trbuhu tvrdoglavo ostaje<\/b>.<br \/>To nije samo pitanje izgleda, nego osje\u0107aja da tijelo vi\u0161e ne igra po pravilima koja si poznavala.<br \/>I da, to ima svoje obja\u0161njenje \u2013 biolo\u0161ko, hormonsko i vrlo realno.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section menopauzu razina <b>estrogena<\/b> \u2013 hormona koji je desetlje\u0107ima \u010duvao metabolizam, kosti, ko\u017eu i raspolo\u017eenje \u2013 po\u010dinje opadati.<br \/>Estrogen je bio tvoj <b>unutarnji saveznik<\/b>: odr\u017eavao je osjetljivost na inzulin, \u010duvao mi\u0161i\u0107e, poticao stvaranje serotonina i pomagao tijelu da lak\u0161e podnese i upravlja stres.<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">Kad njegov utjecaj oslabi, doga\u0111a se nekoliko stvari istovremeno:<\/p><ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\" type=\"disc\"><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><b>Kortizol<\/b> (hormon koji se lu\u010di za vrijeme stresa) lak\u0161e raste i sporije se spu\u0161ta.<\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><b>Inzulin<\/b> postaje manje u\u010dinkovit, pa se \u0161e\u0107er u krvi te\u017ee regulira.<\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><b>San<\/b> postaje pli\u0107i, \u0161to dodatno povisuje apetit i stres.<\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><b>Masno\u0107e<\/b> se lak\u0161e pohranjuju u podru\u010dju trbuha jer estrogen vi\u0161e ne usmjerava energiju prema mi\u0161i\u0107ima.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"MsoNormal\">Zato mnoge \u017eene imaju osje\u0107aj da im se tijelo promijenilo \u201cpreko no\u0107i\u201d.<br \/>U stvarnosti, to nije odjednom \u2013 to je <b>biolo\u0161ki pomak u ritmu hormona<\/b>, koji zahtijeva novi na\u010din prehrane i brige o sebi.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Kad je \u017eena pod stresom, tijelo ulazi u biolo\u0161ki re\u017eim pre\u017eivljavanja.<\/strong><\/p><p>Kortizol, glavni stresni hormon, u tom kontekstu ima sasvim logi\u010dnu funkciju: on osigurava da energija ostane dostupna, a ne da se tro\u0161i.<\/p><p>To zna\u010di nekoliko stvari:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Kortizol<\/strong> pove\u0107ava razinu glukoze u krvi \u2014 poti\u010de jetru da osloba\u0111a \u0161e\u0107er kako bi tijelo imalo \u201cgorivo za bijeg\u201d. No ako \u017eena ne bje\u017ei od lava nego sjedi za ra\u010dunalom, ta se energija ne potro\u0161i, pa se vi\u0161ak pretvara u mast, osobito u podru\u010dju trbuha.<\/li><li><strong>Inzulin<\/strong> se \u010de\u0161\u0107e aktivira, jer poku\u0161ava \u201cpospremiti\u201d tu glukozu. Povi\u0161en inzulin blokira razgradnju masti (lipolizu), pa tijelo zapravo \u010duva masno tkivo.<\/li><li><strong>\u0160titnja\u010da<\/strong> usporava, jer kroni\u010dni stres usporava konverziju hormona T4 u aktivni T3. Posljedica je slabiji metabolizam i manja potro\u0161nja energije u mirovanju.<\/li><li><strong>Spavanje i apetit<\/strong> se poremete. Kad kortizol ostaje povi\u0161en nave\u010der, pada melatonin, a rastu grelin i \u017eelja za ugljikohidratima \u2014 tijelo tra\u017ei \u201cbrzo gorivo\u201d da bi se umirilo.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a51248 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1a51248\" \u2014 nije da \u017eena \u201cne mo\u017ee\u201d smr\u0161avjeti, nego tijelo ne osje\u0107a sigurnost da to u\u010dini.<\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section \u0161to poja\u010dava simptome poput nadutosti, valunga i zadr\u017eavanja vode.<\/p><p>Prehrana bogata vlaknima (zob, povr\u0107e, mahunarke), fermentiranim namirnicama (kefir, jogurt, kiseli kupus) i raznolikim biljkama podr\u017eava <b>\u201cestrobolom\u201d \u2013 crijevni ekosustav koji \u010disti vi\u0161ak estrogena.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
