No postavlja\u0161 si pitanje: <em>\u201cDobivam li dovoljno proteina?\u201d<\/em> I jo\u0161 va\u017enije \u2013 <em>\u201cJesu li ti proteini potpuni?\u201d<\/em><br \/>U svijetu biljne prehrane \u010desto \u010dujemo pojam <strong>komplementiranje proteina<\/strong>. No ono \u0161to proteine \u010dini <strong>biolo\u0161ki vrijednima<\/strong> je njihov sastav aminokiselina, to\u010dnije <strong>esencijalnih aminokiselina<\/strong> \u2013 onih koje tijelo ne mo\u017ee proizvesti, ve\u0107 ih moramo unositi hranom.<br \/><strong>\u017divotinjski proteini<\/strong> (meso, jaja, mlijeko) sadr\u017ee sve esencijalne aminokiseline u optimalnim omjerima \u2013 nazivamo ih <strong>potpunim proteinima<\/strong>. Biljni proteini, iako izuzetno vrijedni, \u010desto su <strong>nepotpuni<\/strong> \u2013 pojedine biljne namirnice sadr\u017ee <strong>manje odre\u0111ene esencijalne aminokiseline<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>Primjer: mahunarke + \u017eitarice = nutritivno savr\u0161en par<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Mahunarke (slanutak, le\u0107a, grah, gra\u0161ak, soja, bob, mung, azuki i dr.) su <strong>bogate lizinom<\/strong>, ali su <strong>siroma\u0161ne <\/strong><strong>metioninom, triptofanom i cisteinom<\/strong>.<\/li><li>S druge strane, \u017eitarice (ri\u017ea, p\u0161enica, zob, kukuruz, je\u010dam, ra\u017e, proso) su bogate <strong>metioninom<\/strong>, ali <strong>nedostaje im lizin<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
