Do\u0161la je k meni puna motivacije i rekla:\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">\u201eSamo mi daj plan prehrane i dr\u017eat \u0107u ga se 100%!\u201c<\/span><\/p><p style=\"background-color: #ffffff; letter-spacing: normal;\">Poku\u0161ala sam joj pribli\u017eiti kako izrada plana prehrane nije samo popis namirnica i obroka \u2013 ona zahtijeva\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">stru\u010dno vodstvo, fleksibilnost i prilagodbu stvarnom \u017eivotu<\/span>. Klju\u010dna uloga nutricionista nije samo kreiranje plana, ve\u0107 i\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">podr\u0161ka u usvajanju zdravih prehrambenih navika na odr\u017eiv na\u010din<\/span>.<\/p><p style=\"background-color: #ffffff; letter-spacing: normal;\">No Ivana nije vidjela na\u0161u suradnju na taj na\u010din.<\/p><p style=\"background-color: #ffffff; letter-spacing: normal;\">Prvih tjedan dana \u2013 Ivana je bila nevjerojatna! Slijedila je svaki obrok, pripremala hranu unaprijed i osje\u0107ala se odli\u010dno.<br \/>Drugi tjedan? Kaos. Djeca su bila bolesna, imala je gomilu posla i nije stigla pripremiti ru\u010dak. Naru\u010dila je dostavu, pa ju je uhvatila gri\u017enja savjesti.<br \/>Tre\u0107i tjedan? Na poslu su kolege slavili ro\u0111endan, pojela je tortu i pomislila:\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">\u201eMa sve sam upropastila, nema smisla, odustajem.\u201c<\/span><\/p><p style=\"background-color: #ffffff; letter-spacing: normal;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Problem? letter-spacing: normal;\">\u2714 U\u017eiva u ponavljanju istih ili sli\u010dnih obroka.<\/p><p style=\"background-color: #ffffff; letter-spacing: normal;\">\u2714 Mo\u017ee izdvojiti vrijeme (30-60 min) za pripremu i planiranje unaprijed.<\/p><p style=\"background-color: #ffffff; letter-spacing: normal;\">Ali, za ve\u0107inu \u017eena realnost izgleda malo druga\u010dije:<\/p><p style=\"background-color: #ffffff; letter-spacing: normal;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">\u2022<\/span>\u00a0 Radimo puno i nemamo uvijek vremena kuhati.<\/p><p style=\"background-color: #ffffff; letter-spacing: normal;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">\u2022<\/span>\u00a0 Brinemo o obitelji i jedemo usput, izme\u0111u obaveza.<\/p><p style=\"background-color: #ffffff; letter-spacing: normal;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">\u2022<\/span>\u00a0 Dru\u017eimo se, idemo na ro\u0111endane i putujemo \u2013 ne \u017eelimo stalno brojati kalorije.<\/p><p style=\"background-color: #ffffff; letter-spacing: normal;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">\u2022<\/span>\u00a0 Imamo trenutke kada \u017eelimo pojesti ne\u0161to &#8220;van plana&#8221;, a da ne osje\u0107amo neuspjeh i krivnju<\/p><p style=\"background-color: #ffffff;
